While at the Controlling 2013 conference, we enjoyed speaking with our neighboring exhibitor Kern AG. Adrian Rochofski and Alexandra Stegmann showed us how their Allevo budgeting solution for SAP integrates Excel and SAP to optimize the budgeting process in SAP. Allevo reduces the complexity of planning, especially for users new to SAP, while taking full advantage of SAP's sophistication. Allevo can shorten the time required to budget, reduce staff workload, and increase data quality, enabling controllers and business owners to invest more time in analysis instead of data management (a common theme with our own JETS cost adjustment solution). We'd encourage all SAP users interested in improving their planning processes to take a look at Allevo.

Sonova Holding one of the biggest Hearing Instrument manufacturer is working with ALLEVO since 2008. the advantage of the tool is to have direct analysis option in SAP and BW with immediate effect without copiing data out of sap in excel and go back to SAP with some hand made interfaces. Reduces the workload for budgeting to one time data entry and fast data availability in the leading SAP system.

Since 2009, with implementing SAP, we here at Kneipp Werke, Germany use the Allevo Planning tool. The integration of Allevo worked within the first days and we are happy to do our yearly budget planning inside Allevo. It makes the whole process pretty easy, since it is based on the Excel platform.

The benefits in preparation time, system performance and data entry efforts vs. using SAP Standard functionalities and synergies a well as process harmonization in budgeting is tremendous. Technical support is examplegiving. We are hoping for long term business relationships with Kern AG for Allevo and other tools of Kern AG that are in use at Bayer CropScience.
ReplyDeleteSince a few years our company is working with KERN ALLEVO; we highly appreciate the tool´s flexibility and the professional competence of KERN. Meanwhile we use to map our entire budget planning, the human resources planning and the capital investment planning with the ALLEVO-tool. Before using ALLEVO we have worked with MS Excel, transferring the planning into SAP in a manual way – which took us a lot of time. There was no time left for a plausibility check of the decentralized collected data. Since using ALLEVO we are able to prioritize the major focus: data analysis.
